PAVC assists victims in understanding the criminal justice process, including court procedures and victims’ rights. The organization provides information and support to help victims navigate interactions with law enforcement, prosecutors, and the courts.
Education & Outreach
PAVC promotes public awareness and education related to violent crime, victims’ rights, and available resources. Through community outreach and educational efforts, PAVC seeks to improve understanding, prevention, and support for victims of crime.
Victim Compensation Guidance
PAVC provides information and assistance related to crime victim compensation programs. This includes helping victims understand eligibility requirements, application procedures, and the types of assistance that may be available through state and local compensation programs.
